Return
Procedure
1. Please
fill out the Return
Request Form. If you do not have your invoice, please indicate
when you purchased your parts.
You will be emailed a return number in 3-4 business days.
2. When
you get your RA# please remember to write your Return Authorization
Number on the outside of the package.
Otherwise, we cannot accept your package.
3. Enclose
the invoice in the box and wrap the package securely.
4. No
Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Returns
You may return products within 21 days or your receipt date.
Returns must respect the following criteria:
- Any item
in its original condition that either did not fit or was a core
return. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect
installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.
- Product
returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Made-to-order products are not returnable to us. Product credits
will be applied to your credit card 3-4 weeks after receipt of
your part in our warehouse. If you don't get credit in 3-4
weeks after you return the parts please email shipping@nissanpartswholesale.com
- Electrical
parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.
- No Returns
will be accepted without a return authorization number.
